The apartment is in a quiet residential area on Calle Reykjavik which is in one of the most sought after locations in Tenerife, Del Duque area of ​​Costa Adeje. The complex has two swimming pools  one heated.  A short walk to both Fanabé- and Duque beaches (15) and a number of restaurants and shops.

To confirm a booking, a confirmation fee must be paid, which is refundable upon departure. It is non-refundable upon cancellation.

The rent is then paid in euros upon arrival.
